ABSTRACT This scoping review mapped and synthesized multilevel interventions that may mitigate disparities in prostate cancer early detection, guideline‐concordant treatment, and survival among Black men aged 40–75 in underserved Memphis communities. PubMed/MEDLINE, CINAHL, Embase, and Web of Science were searched for English‐language evidence published from January 1990 through September 2025. Two reviewers independently screened citations and extracted data, and findings were synthesized narratively following PRISMA‐ScR. Eight sources were included. Socioeconomic instability, insurance gaps, transportation constraints, limited health literacy and numeracy, medical mistrust, and clinician underrepresentation were associated with delayed or inequitable care. The evidence supported five connected themes: population and context, equity‐focused multilevel strategies, beliefs and psychosocial mechanisms, care processes and behaviors, and clinical and equity outcomes. Community‐embedded, equity‐focused strategies led by nurses and community health workers may help reduce prostate cancer disparities among Black men in Memphis. Direct evidence for Memphis‐specific interventions and Black male nurse representation remains limited.
